SIGNED Final Fantasy XII 12 limited edition hardback PS2 strategies guide book

The inside is signed by the executive producer and director of the game, Akitoshi and Hiroshi Minagawa. Condition Is Excellent, all the pages are in mint condition. The only minor flaws are minor bends in the corners of the hardback cover.

Also, the dust cover is slightly creased at the edges (See photos) and finally there is ink stain on the dust cover from the signiture. During UK public holidays please allow up to 7 days.
