Bought new from Helter Skelter bookshop on Denmark St in London in 2002 where they had a very limited amount of copies with this signed bookplate. Paul's MPL office in Soho is a few minutes walk from the shop, and Denmark St is mentioned in 100s of books about the London music scene as it was always the centre of the publishing and songwriting business. Paul mentions shopping in the guitar shops there quite often, even recently talking about getting stuff there.. I guess even Paul takes a lunch break and goes shopping. Interesting project, led to the double album, documentary and book.
