Signed books hardback

Book presented by Mrs C. Spurgeon to Melbourne David Jenkyns on Dec. It is well known that Mrs Spurgeon regularly gave books to young ministers, this certainly is one of these lost copies.

This book was found among a collection donated to Union School of Theology (Wales) in 2019 and carries a handwritten inscription in the first white page of the book. The book is in a good condition for its age but a few of the pages are heavily marked, presumably by its first owner. I do not know if Mrs Spurgeon signed it herself.
