A photographic essay by David Sylvian (from the band Japan). A limited edition publication - 500 copies signed and numbered by the artist. This is number 7 of 500.
The photographs were taken between Oct 2019 and April 2020 using an iPhone when David was driving across the USA. This period encompasses the outbreak of the pandemic. Assistant art direction: Yuka Fujii.
Graphic design and typography: Giles Dunn. Cover: Full dust jacket over foil blocked case cover. Binding: thread sewn book block, case bound.
It should be noted that although the book is in mint condition in terms of use, when I opened it, I discovered that there is a factory fault and one of the sections has not been stitched properly and is loose. Please refer to photographs for more information.
