This publication was published in 1999 by Harvard University Art Museums (Cambridge, MA), and printed by Heinrich Winterscheidt (Dusseldorf, Germany). The overall dimensions of the slipcase measures 7.75" x 8" x. This copy is in very nice condition. The original slipcase is very clean with very minor corner wear and a crease through the spine as shown.
Both volumes are in excellent condition with no staining, rips or tears to the covers or pages. This copy is prominently signed by Kelly in black ballpoint ink on the last page of the main volume as shown. There is also a very small inventory number handwritten in light pencil written on the back flyleaf page.
