This is a BCE, essentially an early reprint. Once again, this is NOT a First Edition/First Printing. This rare treasure has some clearly visible wear, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition!
The book appears gently read and other than some erased numbers/marks on ffep/first blank page, has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris. The binding is holding tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean!Some general/shelf wear along with creases/scuffing/wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards, creases/wear to some of the pages and marks/wear to the edge/fore pages, NOT affecting the text! Please note the wear to the spine/corners/cloth boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, and the marks/wear to the edge/fore pages, particularly noticeable on the top edge pages!
The wear is clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. As previously mentioned, there is some erased numbers/marks on the ffep/first blank page!
While the writing can be a bit difficult to see, the remnants/indentations are still clearly visible. We purposely photographed the writing/page from a certain angle in which we felt the writing was most visible. In our opinion, the erased numbers/marks are still clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.
The original dust jacket is fully intact. Some general/shelf wear along with creases, chipping, rips and marks.
There are also some large marks on the inside of the dust jacket! Please note the wear on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges!We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear when determining the value of this rare book. We purposely and closely photographed what we consider to be the most obvious wear. Once again, the wear to both the book and the dust jacket is clearly visible!
