The book itself is in nice bright condition having been protected by the dustwrapper with titles remaining bright. A beautifully produced book taken from Gerry De La Ree's collection. This copy has a loosely inserted colour print "A Question of Etiquette" and a promotional flyer when the book was originally published (see pictures).
