" Civilization" as told to Florence Drake by Thomas Wildcat Alford Vintage Hardcover Book with Dust Jacket. Hand Signed, Inscribed & Dated by Florence Drake. 9 1/2" x 6 1/2". The jacket is in good minus condition with edge chips, edge tears and some soiling.

The jacket is protected with a removable Mylar cover. The book is in good minus condition, free from rips, tears, bends, writing and stains. There is toning on the end pages. The book has been hand signed, inscribed and dated by Florence Drake (Author) to her granddaughter on the front free end page in blue ink. The granddaughter's name card is pasted on the front free end page above the gift inscription.

The boards are in good to good minus condition with minimal wear. The binding is tight and square.
