While published the same year as the First/First, this is the Book Club Edition which is essentially an early reprint. Once again, this is NOT the First Edition/First Printing! This rare treasure has some clearly visible wear, but is still in lovely, Highly Collectible condition! The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris.
The binding is tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf wear along with creases/wear to the spine/cloth boards, particularly noticeable along the edges, and creases/wear to some of the pages, not terribly egregious but still clearly visible. The wear should be carefully examined/considered. The original dust jacket is fully intact. Some general/shelf wear along with creases, chipping and rubbing.
