1979 The Winchester Book 1 of 1,000 Ltd Edition Signed by Author George Madis

Book is in really nice condition and doesn't appear to have ever been used. If anything, it has been sitting on a coffee table or book shelf for years. The book still made that "new book noise" when I opened it.

The cover looks nice but there is a dark spot on the back that I tried to get a picture of. Please see pictures for condition.
